Virex Definition Files for Macintosh OS X
Download and Install Definition Files
Important: You should have the latest version of Stuffit Expander, or at least version 6.5, for proper operation of the file expansion.
Note: As you're downloading the install file, the type of information that appears on your screen varies depending on the browser you're using.
- When the install file has finished downloading and
has been uncompressed, you're ready to install the update.
- Open the folder where you downloaded the install file and then double-click on the file with a name of the form, Vnnnnnnn.pkg. Double-click on this file to install the updated virus definitions.
Important: This virus update cannot be used with versions of Virex earlier than 7.0. Look at the "Read Me" file that comes with the update for additional information.
