Download Fetch
You'll be connected to a secure sever once you click on the "download Fetch" link below. You'll be required to enter your OSU Internet username and password to connect to this server.
Install Fetch
Note: As you're downloading the install file, the type of information that appears on your screen varies depending on the browser you're using.
- When the install file has finished
downloading and uncompressing, open the Fetch5_3 Folder.
- Double-click Fetch_5.3.dmg to bring up the disk image
window. Inside you will see Fetch 5.3
Read Me and a Fetch icon.
- Drag the Fetch icon to your MacOS X Applications folder. This completes the installation.
Configure Fetch
If this is a new install rather than an update to V5.2, you will be prompted for a Name and Serial Number when you start Fetch. Open the file "fetch serial number.txt" included with your installation, and cut and paste the values into the prompt window.
Before you can begin using the program, you may need to change certain configuration values. These options can be accessed from the Fetch/Preferences menu. For more information, refer to the online help file (Help menu/Fetch Help).
