AEGIS (Meetinghouse) Client for Windows
Download AEGIS Client
Because of licensing restrictions, you'll be connected to a secure sever once you click on the "download" link below. You'll be required to enter your OSU Internet username and password to connect to this server.
Install AEGIS Client
Note: As you're downloading the install file, the type of information that appears on your screen varies depending on the browser you're using.
- First save your work and exit from any other programs
you may have running.
- Choose Run in the Start menu.
- Click on the Browse button
in the "Run" dialog box.
- Locate the directory where you downloaded the file
and click on aegisclient2_27.exe. Click
on Open and then click on OK.
- After the setup program prepares the InstallShield
Wizard to lead you through the rest of the steps, click on the Next> button
to continue.
- Read the Software License Agreement. If you agree to
the terms, click on Yes, I accept and then
on the Next> button.
- Fill in the customer information as appropriated. For
Setup Type, choose a Complete installation.
- Click on Install to
complete the installation.
- At the end of the installation, you will need to restart your computer.
After your computer has been restarted, you must complete the configuration. This process is described in the AEGIS Configuration Guide for Windows available online (you must download this document separately; it is not included with the install files). Also be aware each wireless interface card has its own configuration. Instructions for setting up your card are available at http://www.osuweb.net/wireless.
